Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Scrum Master to support a federal client in driving Agile delivery for engineering and analytics teams. This role plays a critical part in enabling team performance, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring alignment across program-level initiatives in a secure, mission-focused environment.

You will work closely with Release Train Engineers, delivery leads, and modernization stakeholders to ensure Agile best practices are executed effectively and consistently across the program.

What You’ll Do
As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Serve as an Agile facilitator and coach for engineering and analytics teams
  • Guide teams in applying Scrum and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support participation in program-level Agile events such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance
  • Remove impediments that block team progress and ensure continuous delivery momentum
  • Partner with leadership to align delivery goals with modernization initiatives
  • Track, measure, and report team progress using Agile metrics and performance indicators
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the team

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Remote with support aligned to East Coast business hours

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret clearance required or higher
  • 0–2 years of experience in Agile Scrum project management
  • 0–2 years of experience with Agile measurement and reporting
  • 0–2 years of experience with MS SQL queries or willingness to learn
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working within Scrum frameworks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
