Are you an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) looking for a flexible, impactful role? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to lead behavioral health teams in high-demand situations, ensuring the well-being of unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in El Centro, CA.

1099 Contractor Position | ONSITE Role

Your Role: Leadership When It Matters Most

Lead & support a specialized behavioral health team during surges or backfill needs
Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations for unaccompanied minors
Provide immediate crisis intervention & trauma-informed support
Ensure effective, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with facility staff
Proactively engage with at-risk youth to ensure their well-being
Mentor & guide behavioral health specialists in best practices
Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports

Who We Need:

Master�s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
Experience leading or supervising behavioral health teams in fast-paced environments
Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
