Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts | Rotating 4-on/3-off, 3-on/4-off

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is urgently hiring Behavioral Health Specialists to provide trauma-informed emotional and behavioral support to children in DHS care along the Southwest U.S. Border. This is your chance to bring healing, stability, and care to vulnerable children in critical circumstances.

Your Role

Serve as the primary behavioral health expert within the facility.
Conduct proactive well-being rounds and risk assessments.
Provide real-time crisis intervention and de-escalation.
Deliver trauma-informed guidance to support emotional regulation.
Collaborate closely with CBP, HHS ORR, NGOs, and medical staff.

Requirements

Master�s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LP).
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience (child/trauma preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in high-stakes, dynamic settings.
