This is a Critical Need. Your Leadership is Urgently Required.

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. This is a high-stakes, high-impact role designed for a seasoned professional ready to step in and lead a mission-driven team. You will serve as the primary behavioral health point of contact for DHS leadership on-site, providing expert guidance and clinical support across day, night, and weekend shifts as needed. Your core mission is to be the anchor that ensures consistent, high-quality care is delivered when it matters most.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure Timely Care: Advise on complex child well-being cases and make critical clinical decisions to ensure timely and effective interventions.
  • Strategic Coordination: Coordinate staffing allocations and deploy surge support when required to meet evolving needs.
  • Shape Program Excellence: Engage with federal and local agencies to enhance care coordination and contribute to policy updates and system-level process improvements.
  • Mentor the Next Generation: Oversee training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.

Schedule & Shift Details
This on-call position offers unmatched flexibility while providing a critical service.

  • Daily Commitment: A flexible structure of 8 hours onsite + 4 hours on-call (as needed) to provide surge leadership coverage.
  • Availability: Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Essential Response: You must be available to return onsite during your on-call hours if a critical situation requires your leadership.

Requirements
We are seeking a true leader who thrives under pressure and is ready to make a difference.

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
  • An active, unrestricted license as one of the following:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience with a strong background in:
    • Child development.
    • Trauma-informed care.
    • Clinical evaluation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
  • Exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred (minimum ILR 3/5 or equivalent).
