Licensed Clinician Therapist

Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician – W-2 Employee (Telehealth)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role
Blue Rose is seeking licensed clinicians to provide short-term, evidence-based behavioral health support for healthcare professionals. This program delivers confidential teletherapy services, resilience support, and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential, short-term teletherapy (up to three 60-minute sessions per client/year)
  • Offer 24/7 crisis availability on a rotating schedule (shared among team)
  • Conduct clinical assessments: PHQ-9, GAD-7, MBI
  • Document sessions in accordance with HIPAA and internal QA standards
  • Provide referrals to community resources when needed
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent care
  • Participate in supervision, QA reviews, and ongoing training
  • Maintain caseload within program standards and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related clinical field
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD
  • Minimum 3–5 years post-licensure clinical experience in healthcare settings
  • Completed APA-approved training program
  • Experience supporting healthcare workers, first responders, or high-stress populations
  • Strong crisis intervention and telehealth competencies
  • U.S. residency and ability to work as a W-2 employee

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Veterans or VA healthcare
  • Trauma, burnout, or compassion-fatigue specialization
  • Experience with measurement-based care
