Lead / Supervising Licensed Clinician

Supervising Behavioral Health Clinician � W-2 (Telehealth)
Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote

**Contingent Upon Award**

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of licensed clinicians
Provide clinical oversight and case consultation
Ensure adherence to program standards and SOW compliance
Review clinical documentation for quality and risk
Support onboarding of new clinicians
Participate in quality management, corrective actions, and escalations
Oversee PHQ-9, GAD-7, MBI data implementation
Support staffing planning, coverage, and 24/7 availability model

Required Qualifications

LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD
6�10+ years direct, post-licensure healthcare-specific clinical experience
Previous supervisory experience required
APA-approved training completion
Strong background in trauma-informed care and healthcare workforce wellness
U.S. residency and W-2 employment
