Senior Analyst
These positions are contingent upon award and will be performed onsite Monday through Friday.
Location: New York, NY – supporting federal agency operations
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to provide direct, high-level support to federal leadership and management teams. This role is central to strengthening organizational performance, improving business operations, and advancing modernization initiatives that support mission-critical programs.
In this position, you will work closely with executive leadership to deliver rigorous analysis, practical recommendations, and scalable solutions that enhance operational effectiveness across complex federal environments.
As a Senior Analyst, you will:
Provide direct analytical and advisory support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, and senior management teams
Plan and deliver analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development, and program evaluation
Apply business management and organizational development techniques to improve agency performance
Support agency business and operational process improvement and modernization initiatives
Identify operational and organizational issues, conduct detailed analyses, and develop actionable solution options
Assist leadership in selecting and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and mission outcomes
Develop clear documentation, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Onsite support in New York, NY
Support required during standard federal business hours
U.S. Citizenship required
Public Trust clearance required or higher
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience providing analytical, business, or organizational support in complex environments
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and management teams
Proven ability to analyze business and operational processes and recommend improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders
Support high-impact federal missions and leadership decision-making
Work on modernization and organizational improvement initiatives that matter
Collaborate with experienced professionals across federal programs
Contribute directly to agency performance in a major federal hub
