Depot Airline Maintenance SME

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Depot Airline Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal aviation modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in aircraft depot maintenance, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations, and aircraft maintenance systems. This role will support mission-critical maintenance operations by optimizing depot-level MRO processes and collaborating with technical and functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Position: Depot Airline Maintenance SME

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Warner Robins, GA (Preferred) or Ogden, UT

Clearance: Public Trust clearance required or higher

What You'll Do

• Provide subject matter expertise for depot-level aircraft maintenance operations
• Support Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes
• Analyze and improve maintenance workflows and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize maintenance systems
• Provide guidance on depot airline maintenance best practices
• Support implementation and enhancement of MRO solutions
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities when needed
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Located in or near Warner Robins, GA (preferred)
• 4+ years supporting aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) systems
• 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of depot maintenance operations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Impresa software
• Familiarity with Change Management methodologies
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM)
