Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support both business analysis and testing activities within a ServiceNow project.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate those needs into actionable solutions. You will also design and execute test cases, identify defects, and help ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play an important role in facilitating communication between developers and business users, helping ensure that project requirements, objectives, and expected outcomes are clearly understood and achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct testing activities for ServiceNow implementations to ensure quality and functionality.
• Perform business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify requirements that support project objectives.
• Design and execute test cases.
• Identify defects and support efforts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between developers and business users.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and clarify requirements.
• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues.
• Recommend process improvements based on identified business or technical needs.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Ability to design and execute test cases and identify defects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, developers, and business users.
• Critical-thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
