Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Program Manager / Concierge to serve as the Alternate Key Program Manager (AKPM) supporting high-visibility federal facility operations in the National Capital Region.

This role supports the Key Program Manager in maintaining continuous operational coverage and ensures that facility logistics, workforce readiness, and high-level event support remain fully operational throughout campus operating hours.

The Alternate Key Program Manager provides leadership across a 22-person operational workforce, coordinates facility readiness for training and VIP events, and supports government stakeholders by ensuring smooth and secure operational execution.


What You’ll Do

As the Alternate Program Manager / Concierge, you will:

  • Support the Key Program Manager in overseeing facility operations and workforce coordination

  • Provide concierge-level logistical support for official government events and visiting VIP guests

  • Assist with the coordination of sensitive equipment movement and logistical planning for high-level events

  • Maintain operational readiness across classrooms, training environments, and VIP spaces

  • Support the COR/GTM liaison function by responding to operational requests and last-minute mission adjustments

  • Assist with asset logistics and relocation operations throughout the National Capital Region

  • Maintain accurate inventory and operational records within warehouse and facility systems

  • Conduct facility readiness inspections and final walk-throughs prior to training sessions or events

  • Support workforce scheduling and ensure staffing coverage during staggered operational shifts

  • Reinforce professional standards for staff conduct, appearance, and operational discipline


Schedule & Shift Details

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • On-site position supporting federal facility operations in the National Capital Region

  • Staggered shift schedule to maintain full operational campus coverage


Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Public Trust clearance required or higher

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field

    • Equivalent experience may be considered with 10+ years of professional experience


Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, event coordination, or facility operations

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Experience supporting executive events, diplomatic environments, or high-level hospitality operations

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate operations with government stakeholders and VIP guests


Technical & Operational Skills

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with 3+ years operating commercial vehicles (vans or box trucks)

  • Experience navigating transportation routes within the National Capital Region

  • Experience using workplace management systems such as:

    • Room Reservation Systems (RRS)

    • eSupplies

    • CMMS or facility management systems

    • ServiceNow, Archibus, Maximo, or similar platforms

  • Ability to read and interpret facility diagrams and technical floor plans

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Experience supporting operational reporting, scheduling coordination, and document management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate operational updates to government leadership

  • Proven ability to resolve logistical challenges in real time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and support physical facility operations

  • Professional demeanor appropriate for high-visibility government environments
