Location: Nationwide | In-Person • Hybrid • Telehealth


Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is expanding its national network of independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for Department of Defense (DoD) populations, first responders, and other high-risk workforce environments.

We are seeking qualified professionals in every state to join our network for 1099 contract opportunities. This role offers flexibility, mission-driven work, and competitive compensation, while supporting individuals exposed to high operational stress, trauma, and critical incidents, with the potential for additional contract work based on organizational needs and qualifications.


Your Role: Flexible, Purpose-Driven Clinical Work

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking:

You will serve as a trusted provider delivering confidential, short-term, and solution-focused EAP services, along with trauma-informed care as needed.


Service Scope & Clinical Focus

Core EAP Services

  • Short-term, solution-focused counseling (typically 3–8 sessions)
  • Assessment, triage, and referral to higher levels of care when needed
  • Workplace-related concerns (stress, burnout, conflict, performance impact)

Specialized Population Support

  • Military-affiliated individuals and families
  • First responders (fire, law enforcement, EMS, dispatch)
  • High-reliability and safety-sensitive professions

Clinical Areas of Focus

  • Trauma exposure & critical incident stress
  • PTSD and cumulative stress injury
  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout
  • Substance use and behavioral health concerns
  • Resilience building and coping strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver confidential, culturally competent clinical services
  • Maintain timely, accurate session documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Provide crisis stabilization and support when required
  • Participate in program-specific training and onboarding
  • Align care delivery with EAP and organizational protocols
  • Refer cases appropriately for long-term or specialized care

Service Delivery Model

  • Telehealth (HIPAA-compliant platform)
  • Hybrid service delivery (virtual + periodic in-person support)
  • Onsite support (as needed for critical incidents or program delivery)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Master’s or Doctorate in a Behavioral Health field
  • Active, unrestricted independent license in the state(s) where services are delivered
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision
  • Professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience supporting:
    • Military or DoD populations
    • First responders or high-stress occupations
  • Training in trauma-informed or evidence-based modalities (e.g., EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, PE)
  • Experience in EAP or short-term solution-focused models
  • Crisis response and/or critical incident experience
