Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is expanding its national network of independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for Department of Defense (DoD) populations, first responders, and other high-risk workforce environments.

We are seeking qualified professionals in every state to join our network for 1099 contract opportunities. This role offers flexibility, mission-driven work, and competitive compensation, while supporting individuals exposed to high operational stress, trauma, and critical incidents, with the potential for additional contract work based on organizational needs and qualifications.


Your Role: Flexible, Purpose-Driven Clinical Work

This opportunity involves providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees seeking short-term support for personal, family, workplace, or life-related concerns.

  • Sessions are generally shorter and less administratively burdensome than traditional insurance-based services

You will serve as a trusted provider delivering confidential, short-term, and solution-focused EAP services.


Service Scope & Clinical Focus

Core EAP Services

  • Short-term, solution-focused counseling (typically 3–8 sessions)
  • Assessment, triage, and referral to higher levels of care when needed
  • Workplace-related concerns (stress, burnout, conflict, performance impact)

Specialized Population Support

  • Military-affiliated individuals and families
  • First responders (fire, law enforcement, EMS, dispatch)
  • High-reliability and safety-sensitive professions

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver confidential, culturally competent clinical services
  • Maintain timely, accurate session documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Participate in program-specific training and onboarding
  • Align care delivery with EAP and organizational protocols
  • Refer cases appropriately for long-term or specialized care

Service Delivery Model

Telehealth services provided through approved HIPAA-compliant platforms


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
  • Minimum of 5 years post-Master's clinical experience
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision
  • Professional liability (malpractice) insurance with minimum coverage requirements
  • Ability to provide telehealth services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with military, veteran, or DoD populations
  • Experience supporting first responders or high-stress occupations
  • Prior Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience
  • Training or experience in brief, solution-focused treatment approaches

Compensation & Structure

$60 per Completed Session

  • Independent Contractor (1099) position
  • Flexible referral acceptance
  • No minimum caseload requirements
