Service Desk Technicians (Tier I)

  • 2+ years IT help desk/service desk experience
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with incident triage and escalation procedures
  • Secret clearance
