  • 3+ years in ITIL-aligned C/CM roles
  • Experience maintaining CMDBs (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Proficiency with automated discovery and baseline reconciliation tools
  • Familiarity with Change Management Control Board processes
  • Secret clearance
