Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support a federal client in designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions that drive mission success and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will develop customized Power Platform applications, configure platform components, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable business solutions. You will participate throughout the application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation, helping federal organizations modernize and streamline critical operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Configure and customize Power Apps solutions to meet business and operational requirements
  • Develop and manage data models and integrations using Microsoft Dataverse
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments
  • Participate in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Support application testing, validation, and defect resolution activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve application performance and reliability
  • Assist with deployment, configuration management, and release activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Hybrid work environment
  • On-site support required in Washington, D.C.
  • Support provided during standard federal business hours

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret clearance required or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform infrastructure
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Agile application development
  • Up to 2 years of experience supporting Agile testing activities
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience designing and developing Power Platform applications in enterprise environments
  • Experience working within Agile software development teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
