About Blue Rose Consulting Group

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is a mission-driven, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified company supporting federal agencies with high-quality professional, technical, administrative, and behavioral health services.

At Blue Rose, our philosophy is simple: People First. Mission Always. We believe exceptional mission support starts with exceptional people, and we're looking for a part-time recruiter to help us find them.

About the Role

Blue Rose is seeking a motivated and resourceful Behavioral Health Recruiter to support the continued growth of our national network of behavioral health professionals.

This is a remote, part-time position averaging 10–15 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, connecting with people, and building relationships with clinicians across the country.

The primary focus of this role will be identifying and engaging fully and independently licensed behavioral health clinicians, including clinical social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and other qualified behavioral health professionals for current and future Blue Rose opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Source fully licensed behavioral health clinicians through Indeed, LinkedIn, professional directories, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Identify and engage independently licensed professionals, including LCSWs, LPCs/LPCCs, LMFTs, psychologists, and other qualified clinicians
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening
  • Review resumes and candidate qualifications against specific program requirements
  • Assist with verifying licensure, location, availability, and other basic eligibility requirements
  • Build and maintain clinician pipelines for current and upcoming Blue Rose programs
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruiting tools
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Re-engage previous applicants and clinicians within our existing network when appropriate
  • Support targeted recruiting efforts in states and geographic areas where qualified clinicians are especially difficult to find
  • Partner with Blue Rose program and operations staff to understand current and anticipated staffing needs
  • Help deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, sourcing, staffing, talent acquisition, or similar experience
  • Comfortable conducting candidate outreach by email, phone, and recruiting platforms
  • Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills
  • Technologically savvy, with the ability to confidently navigate multiple online platforms, systems, and recruiting tools
  • Comfortable learning new recruiting systems, programs, and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and recruiting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting fully licensed behavioral health clinicians
  • Experience with an ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms
  • Familiarity with behavioral health licensure, credentials, and multi-state clinician recruiting
