Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Researcher to support our Business Development and Growth team.
This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity designed for someone interested in learning the federal government contracting industry from the ground up. If you enjoy research, digging into information, spotting patterns, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in government contracting, business development, and capture.
You do not need years of government contracting experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn.
You'll work alongside experienced members of our Business Development team to identify potential government opportunities, research federal agencies and contracts, and help determine which opportunities may be a good fit for Blue Rose.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the federal contracting landscape, and build practical experience that can lead to future growth in business development, capture, proposals, contracts, or related areas.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position expected to work approximately 10–20 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible based on business needs and assigned research responsibilities.
The position is performed remotely and requires reliable internet access and a private workspace appropriate for handling sensitive and proprietary business information.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
