About the Role

Location: Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; remote with 1–2 days per week in office
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system.

In this role, you will facilitate system training and develop clear, effective learning resources that help users understand and successfully navigate system capabilities. You will create a variety of training and knowledge materials, including traditional documentation, reference resources, and interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training for users of a global supply chain system.
  • Develop and maintain training, knowledge, and reference materials.
  • Create clear, user-friendly paper-based training documentation.
  • Design and develop interactive training tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
  • Develop training content that improves user understanding, adoption, and effective use of system capabilities.
  • Support the delivery and ongoing availability of training and knowledge resources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Experience facilitating user or system training.
  • Experience developing training and knowledge-management materials.
  • Experience creating paper-based documentation and reference materials.
  • Experience developing interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
