Clinical Credentialing & Recruiting Coordinator | Part-Time

Location: Remote
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week; must be available during Pacific Time business hours
Pay: $15–$20 per hour

Position Summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Credentialing & Recruiting Coordinator to support our behavioral health programs.

The primary focus of this role is provider credentialing and onboarding, with additional support for recruiting licensed behavioral health clinicians. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CAQH, provider documentation, license verification, and credential tracking.

Responsibilities

Credentialing & Provider Onboarding

• Support credentialing and recredentialing of licensed behavioral health providers.
• Maintain CAQH profiles, attestations, and provider information.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, malpractice insurance, and other required documentation.
• Track credential and document expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate and organized provider files.
• Assist with provider enrollment and roster updates.
• Follow up with clinicians regarding missing or expiring documentation.
• Support provider onboarding and readiness.

Recruiting Support

• Assist with sourcing and recruiting licensed behavioral health clinicians.
• Post positions and conduct candidate outreach.
• Review resumes and basic qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring and clinical teams.
• Maintain candidate status and recruiting information in company tracking systems.

Administrative Support

• Maintain credentialing, onboarding, and recruiting trackers.
• Prepare basic status reports for leadership.
• Review provider files for missing or outdated documentation.
• Support additional clinical workforce projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous healthcare provider credentialing experience.
• Experience working with CAQH.
• Familiarity with professional license and credential verification.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Preferred:

• Behavioral health credentialing experience.
• Familiarity with LCSW, LPC/LPCC, LMFT, and psychologist credentials.
• Provider enrollment or payer network experience.
• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
