About the Role

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Release Management Business Analyst to support the coordination of functional and technical releases, recurring reporting requirements, and configuration updates within a Jira environment.

The Release Management Business Analyst will help coordinate release activities across functional and technical teams, manage weekly and monthly reporting requirements, and support Jira configuration updates. This role requires strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional and technical releases.
• Support release management activities across functional and technical teams.
• Own and manage weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
• Support configuration updates within the Atlassian Jira environment.
• Organize and maintain information related to release activities and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support client-facing discussions and coordination activities.
• Apply strong critical-thinking skills to release management and business analysis activities.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication throughout release and reporting processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
