Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in El Paso, Texas.
This is a full-time, onsite clinical position providing trauma-informed behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist, you'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality behavioral health services while helping children and adolescents build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and receive the support they need.
This role is ideal for an independently licensed clinician looking for meaningful, mission-driven work within a collaborative clinical environment.
The Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will:
Provide onsite, trauma-informed behavioral health support to children and adolescents
Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate
Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans
Help children and adolescents build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills
Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary partners
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning
Advocate for the safety, well-being, and successful outcomes of the children and adolescents served
Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices
Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas
Experience supporting unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, and/or child welfare
Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs
