Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in El Paso, Texas.
This is an onsite, as-needed opportunity for independently licensed clinicians who can provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents when additional program coverage is needed.

The PRN Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will:
Provide onsite, trauma-informed behavioral health support to children and adolescents
Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate
Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans
Help children and adolescents build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills
Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary partners
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning
Provide coverage during scheduled needs, call-outs, vacations, staffing shortages, or periods of increased program demand
Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices
Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in El Paso, Texas
Experience supporting unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, and/or child welfare
Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs
Flexible availability to support varying program needs
$80/hour
Flexible, as-needed PRN opportunities
